Aligning and motivating teams through a Team Model Canvas

Our client was planning to design an efficient, agile and stable internal innovation process in order to guarantee the continuous creation of market opportunities and, at the same time, guarantee efficiency in the allocation of resources and the launch of new products to the market.

Through interviews with key people in the innovation process and Anima’s experience, it was possible to fully understand the current innovation process and methodology. The innovation model most suitable to the circumstances of the company was defined, from market surveillance to the launch of the agile and stable product in order to guarantee the continuous creation of market opportunities and, at the same time, guarantee efficiency in the resource allocation and the launch of new products to the market.

Phase 1
Analyse results from survey about current work environment

The results of the survey were analysed and presented by the director of the department, and insights were offered as to the main areas which could be improved. The reasons behind the results obtained were mapped and analysed to find problems and pain points which could be resolved to improve the work environment.

Phase 2
Carry out the Team Model Canvas

The Team Model Canvas was used to align perspectives, purpose and goals, as well as creating opportunities for the fulfilment of individual goals and the expectations of each team member. Actions, rules and activities were identified to improve the workplace environment.
