Orienting the organization to the client

Our client -an important Hospital from Catalonia- was facing the challenge of promoting creativity and innovation in the area of People Management.

The ultimate goal is to foster the generation of creative ideas that respond to one of its main current challenges as a department: to guide the organization and management of the department to the internal client.

Desing thinking to encourage innovation

Introduce the Design Thinking methodology for the identification of our client’s demands and the definition of innovation opportunities transversal to the department.

Session 2
Addressing challenges by department

Identify key challenges to be addressed by department and ideation of actions to be developed. Prioritization and definition of the initiatives and projects to be carried out.
