WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a recent or current Bachelor/Master student eager to practice user-centered innovation and a desire to make an impact, to give support in several projects of diverse sectors throughout different ongoing stages, with the following characteristics:

• BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Market Research, Economy or related fields.
• Recent/current degree/master student in Innovation, Service Design, Design Thinking, UX, etc.
• Advanced knowledge on Excel and Presentation tools.
• Good team player and extremely committed professional.
• Clear oral and written skills.
• Knowledge and experience in ethnographical and design thinking methodologies for innovation processes will be a plus.
• Languages: Spanish (mother tongue, as the majority of projects are in Spanish) and English (Professional Level). Other languages will be considered as a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Developing market research analysis and frameworks.
• Developing executive documents and presentations.
• Applying design thinking methodologies for innovation.
• Participating in innovation workshops with customers.
• Contributing to the corporate development and expansion of ANIMA: business development, proposal elaboration, commercial activities, involvement in the marketing plan, etc.
