WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a professional with over 5 years of experience in the consultancy industry or in a marketing, market research or innovation department, meeting the following requirements:
- BBA or Master’s in business administration, Innovation Management, User Experience, Service Design, Design Thinking, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in User and ethnographic research, Customer Experience and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Experience in the elaboration of high impact presentations, process maps, blueprints, customer journeys, etc.
- Communication and public speaking abilities to lead and moderate discussions and focus groups, workshops, trainings and interacting with our customers.
- Good team player and an extremely committed professional.
- Languages: Spanish (Native language, as most projects are in Spanish) and English (Professional Level). Catalan and other languages will be considered as a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The consultant will work with a multidisciplinary team taking care of:
- Developing market research analysis and frameworks.
- Analyzing trends and latest news on the market.
- Conducting workshops and focus groups.
- Defining new solutions and strategies to be implemented.
- Training and assessing other professionals within the field of innovation.
- Contributing to the corporate development and expansion of ANIMA: business development, proposal elaboration, marketing plan, etc.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- Full-time position, with an open-ended contract
- Orientative salary range: 30.000€ – 35.000€. The exact salary will be negotiated based on the expertise and skills of the candidate
